The B01 movement has a ball Bearing (same system as ETA 7750 or 2892 also used in many Breitling watches). Tightening the screws has absolutely no impact on the handshake of the ball bearing and how the rotor turns.. This is why the date felt stuck when you tried to turn the crown at quarter to 12:00.
